Bag Charms:

• Please read the instructions carefully before customising your safety pin. Extra charms that are purchased than the maximum number for that particular pin will be added separately for you in a bag with some extra jump rings, which you may be able to change between charms if you wish. 
• Safety pin charms and phone charms are a custom made product and therefore we cannot accept any refunds or exchanges. 

Phone Stickers

• Phone stickers adhere best to silicone cases and should be avoided on slippery surfaces.
• Before application, clean your case thoroughly and warm the stickers to ensure optimal adhesion when pressed into place. While stickers are reusable, repeated removal and reapplication will gradually reduce their stickiness over time.

Delivery

• Please allow up to 2-3 working days for your customisable pin charm to be created. 
• All orders are sent via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service
• Orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days once shipped.
